  • What kind of merchandise do you sell?

    We sell a broad range of products from t-shirts and sweatshirts to gallery wall-worthy prints and bookmarks. We focus our merchandise largely on classic and nostalgic stories because we believe old stories can be just as special as new ones.

  • Do you offer custom or personalized bookish items?

    Not currently. In the future, that may become something we offer, though!

  • How often do you release new collections?

    We aim for a new collection every few months/each new season. If you want to stay in the loop on new merchandise, sign up for our email list and follow us on Instagram @shopatstorysend!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We take most credit cards and also have a direct bank transfer option as well. We want purchasing items to be as effortless as possible.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! However, be forewarned that shipping costs are somewhat unpredictable. If you’re looking for an alternative, we highly recommend our digital download options for those outside the US & Canada!

  • How can I track my order?

    You will be notified when your order is dropped off for shipping and will receive tracking information as well.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged or doesn't arrive?

    Contact us at shopatstorysend@gmail.com to let us know about any issues with your order and we will work to get any issues resolved within a reasonable amount of time.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    This is generally on a case by case basis but for digital purchases, there are no refunds as they are sent to you directly and can’t be “unsent”. However, with physical products, if there is an issue with your order or what you received isn’t to your expectation, we provide full refunds up to 30 days following purchase.

  • Can I collaborate with you as an influencer?

    We aren’t currently accepting influencer inquiries.

  • Do you give discounts if I post about my purchase from you on social media?
